International Shipping
Internationally, we only ship to Canada using United States Postal Service. The maximum weight for a package we can ship is 4 lbs.. Therefore there is a limit of one peel kit per order. Cost will be:

We cannot track these packages once they leave the United States and we are not responsible if they do not arrive at your location.
Shipping internationally will go smoothly most of the time. Every so often a package can get stuck in customs. Please understand that we can’t be responsible for these delays.
Many countries levy customs duties or taxes for packages coming from outside the country. These fees are outside of our control, and are not included in the shipping charges or cost of your order. You may contact your local Customs Office for more information on what kind of fees to expect.
We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue exporting products.

Generally, FedEx, DHL, UPS or your local postal carrier will send you an invoice for the cost of customs clearance of your package (including their processing fee) after they deliver it, compared to other carriers which require you to pay customs duty before releasing your package to you. This can vary from country to country, so please check with your courier or Customs office for more information if you have questions about the Customs process before you order!
FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
If you have an account with DHL, UPS or FedEx, you can send us an email request to have your account number written on the box. The shipping service will charge your account for shipping and any customs fees.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSESStandard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
We do not ship to all countries but these rates apply to most countries using United States Postal Service.
