Return Policy
We will gladly issue returns made within 30 days of purchase date in the original form of payment. Please note that gift certificates may not be returned or exchanged. Your return request will be processed upon receiving the product. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Orders eligible for free shipping will incur a $5 return fee. It is at the discretion of your credit card company as to how long it takes to process your credit. In the case of an opened product, we hold the right to deny the request upon our discretion. International Shipping
For orders that require international shipping please e-mail us your order and shipping address to CustomerService@EllenLange.com. Orders must be over $100 to be eligible for international shipping. We will contact you with the shipping cost to finalize the order. Please note that some countries charge dutiable taxes to the recipient.
